Our "Call to Men" Mission:

To get 100 (or more!!) men of leadership from the community to sign on to supporting this collaboration by participating in the walk, and committing to raise $1,000 each before April 14, 2008, either individually, through sponsors or with a team of walkers.

Helping us reach this level of achievement will not only send a strong
message to the community that men are "Taking Steps" to END violence against women & children but will also raise much needed funds that enable these agencies to continue providing critically needed services to the victims of sexual and domestic violence, their families, friends and community through support, counseling, medical & legal advocacy, emergency shelter, education and after school programs.

So...Take your next step...and step up!

Back in September, the first 15 Men of Leadership were featured in an article in the Worcester Telegram & Gazette, including boxing champion Jose Rivera, Lt. Goveror Tim Murray, Congressman Jim McGovern, and many others. We hope to add YOUR name to the list, currently at 41 men, and include you in future coverage by the T&G and other local radio & TV networks!
